长期以来,小学班主任常常是起早贪黑,事必躬亲,不自觉地运用着“保姆式”“专制式”的管理。这种局面,既不利于班主任自身素质的提高,又忽视了学生的主体性,压抑了学生自主、自理、自治能力的发挥。新课改理念重视以人为本,以学生发展为本,新课程理念下的班级管理应提倡“自主化的班级管理”。
For a long time, primary school teacher is often from morning to night, beggars hand in hand, do not consciously use the “nanny ” “dictatorship ” management. This situation is not conducive to the class teacher to improve their own quality, but also ignored the subjectivity of students, depressed students autonomy, self-care, self-government ability to play.
