中国工程物理研究院核物理与化学研究所自主研发的“中子屏蔽用铝基碳化硼复合材料制备工艺”通过科技成果鉴定,打破了发达国家在反应堆乏燃料贮存技术领域的垄断。采用该工艺制备的新型复合材料可广泛应用于压水堆乏燃料贮存池建造、乏燃料干式贮存转运等军用和民用核工程、大型科学装置等领域。
China Institute of Engineering Physics, Institute of Nuclear Physics and Chemistry independently developed “” neutron shielding aluminum boron carbide composite material preparation technology "through the identification of scientific and technological achievements, breaking the monopoly of the developed countries in the field of spent fuel storage reactor technology. The new composite material prepared by the process can be widely applied to the fields of military and civilian nuclear engineering, large-scale scientific devices and the like for the construction of a pressurized water reactor spent fuel storage pool, a spent fuel dry storage and transportation.
