采用沥青路面常用检测手段评价环氧薄层铺装的路用性能,并研究了其抗氯离子渗透性和与混凝土的低温相容性。结果表明:(1)环氧薄层具有良好的高温抗车辙性能,其60℃动稳定度可达23 132次/mm;(2)环氧薄层具有良好的构造深度、抗滑性能和抗氯离子渗透性;(3)该环氧薄层与混凝土在-20℃低温下具有良好的相容性,经过15次冻融循环也没有发生破坏,显示该环氧薄层桥面铺装具有良好的低温性能。
The asphalt pavement commonly used testing methods to evaluate the road performance of epoxy thin pavement and study its resistance to chloride ion permeability and low temperature compatibility with concrete. The results show that: (1) Epoxy thin layer has good high temperature rutting resistance and its dynamic stability at 60 ℃ is up to 23 132 times / mm. (2) Epoxy thin layer has good structure depth, anti-slip property and anti- Chloride ion permeability; (3) The epoxy thin layer has good compatibility with concrete at a low temperature of -20 DEG C and no damage occurs after 15 freeze-thaw cycles, which shows that the epoxy thin layer deck pavement has Good low temperature performance.
