传统带式输送机由于具有功率大、能耗高等缺点限制了其应用。通过对带式输送机电控系统实施变频改造,达到提高带式输送机的工作效率与工作强度。较为详细地介绍了实施改造应用的变频系统,以及改造后的带式输送机电控系统的特点和运行效果。实施变频改造后,带式输送机的工作强度和效率都得到了提升,并且由于实现了软启动而降低了设备发生故障的概率,节省了维修成本。
Traditional belt conveyor due to its large power, high energy consumption shortcomings limit its application.
