海城市马风镇楼房村祝恩家1995年承包4000m2荒山建立梨园,栽植各种梨树150株,主栽品种‘南果梨’100株,其他品种近50株,株行距5m×6m。该果园海拔高400m左右,北坡,坡度45°,土层厚25～30cm,表土下面为风化岩石。栽后5年开始结果。从2002—2006年,总产量依次为2000、5000、10000、10000、11000kg,产值依次为8000元、18000元、40000元、47000元、61600元。自10年生(2004年)起单位面积产量稳定在1660kg/666.7m2以上,每年优质果率达到95%以上。其主要经验如下。
