目的观察自拟方山荷降脂汤对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥降脂作用,探讨该方治疗单纯性肥胖的机制。方法建立饮食诱导的肥胖大鼠模型,对肥胖大鼠给予山荷降脂汤灌胃4 W,观察给药前后大鼠体重、血脂及血清瘦素水平变化。结果与高脂对照组比较,给药组大鼠体重明显降低(P<0.01);大、小剂量组血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量显著下降(P<0.01),血清瘦素(Leptin)含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论山荷降脂汤对营养性肥胖大鼠具有明显的减肥及改善脂质代谢的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Fangshan Hejianzhi Decoction on weight loss and lipid-lowering in rats with nutritional obesity, and to explore the mechanism of this prescription in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods A diet-induced obese rat model was established. Shaoyoudangzhi Decoction was administered orally to obese rats for 4 weeks. Changes of body weight, serum lipids and serum leptin levels were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the high-fat control group, the body weight of the rats in the treated group was significantly decreased (P <0.01); the levels of triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in the large and small dose groups were significantly decreased Leptin content was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion Shanhaijiazhi Decoction has obvious effect on reducing weight and improving lipid metabolism in nutrition obese rats.
