目的 :探讨长期暴露于锰尘对工人血脂质过氧化、抗氧化酶及金属元素的影响。方法 :测定了 6 0名接触锰尘 (接锰 )工人和 2 5名对照工人血浆总超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、Cu Zn- SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活力、丙二醛 (MDA)以及全血 Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mn和 Mg含量。结果 :作业环境空气锰尘中 Mn O2 平均浓度为 0 .38mg/ m3(0 .0 2~ 1 .5 1mg/ m3) ,样品超标率为 5 0 %。接锰工人血浆总 SOD活力明显高于对照工人 ,GSH- Px活力和全血 Mg含量明显低于对照工人。结论 :过量锰能使机体脂质过氧化增加 ,并干扰机体其它金属元素的正常代谢
Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term exposure to manganese dust on lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes and metal elements in workers. Methods: The plasma levels of total superoxide dismutase (SOD), Cu Zn-SOD and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured in 60 workers exposed to manganese dust and 25 controls. , Catalase (CAT) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) and whole blood Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mn and Mg contents. Results: The average concentration of MnO2 in the air of manganese in working environment was 0 .38 mg / m3 (0.002-1.51 mg / m3), and the exceeding standard rate was 50%. Manganese workers plasma total SOD activity was significantly higher than the control workers, GSH- Px vitality and whole blood Mg levels were significantly lower than the control workers. Conclusion: Excess manganese can increase body lipid peroxidation and interfere with the normal metabolism of other metal elements in the body
