针对汽车保险杠拉深中裂纹不易控制,制件合格率低的问题,对拉深工艺进行分析后,采取在拉深模上增加破裂刀的方法。设计了破裂刀的结构、确定了躲避槽及破裂刀调试方法。实践证明,汽车保险杠拉深模中采用破裂刀技术有效地控制了裂纹出现的位置及裂纹的延展长度,使裂纹只存在于工艺补充或是待切除的部位,确保了制件的成品率。该研究对汽车其它覆盖件拉深中易出现开裂缺陷的改善有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the cracks in the bumper drawing are not easy to control and the qualified rate of the parts is low, the method of adding a broken knife on the drawing die is adopted after analyzing the drawing process. The structure of the rupture knife was designed and the method of debugging the avoidance groove and rupture knife was determined. Practice has proved that the use of broken bumper die drawing die technology effectively control the location of cracks and the extension of the crack length, so that cracks exist only in the process of supplement or to be removed parts, to ensure the finished product yield. The research has certain reference value for the easy improvement of cracking defects in the deep drawing of automobile.
