本文采用中性红摄入法检测不同浓度的雄性激素──双氢睾酮(DHT)对体外培养人喉鳞状细胞癌细胞系(Hep-2)影响以及对喉癌细胞的作用。结果发现10 ̄(-13)mol的DHT即可促使喉癌细胞增殖,表明雄性激素可促进喉癌细胞的生长,这为喉癌的性激素治疗提供了理论根据。
In this paper, the neutral red ingestion method was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of DHT on human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cell line Hep-2 and its effect on laryngeal carcinoma cells. The results showed that 10 ~ (-13) mol of DHT can promote the proliferation of laryngeal cancer cells, indicating that male hormone can promote the growth of laryngeal cancer cells, which laryngeal sex hormone therapy provides a theoretical basis.
