本文通过对TC4钛合金在退火状态下不同静拉伸变形后组织形态的透射电镜分析,研究了α相中位错组态与变形度的关系。结果表明:密排六方晶体结构的α相,由于其滑移系较少,回复再结晶过程进行得不够彻底。此外,α相在变形过程中各晶粒的变形度与其位向有着密切的关系,一直到颈缩后各晶粒内的变形度才会趋于一致。试样断裂时可看到α相中的位错呈网状分布。
In this paper, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis of TC4 titanium alloy after different static tensile deformation under annealing condition was carried out to investigate the relationship between the dislocation configuration and the degree of deformation in α phase. The results show that the α phase of the hexagonal close-packed hexagonal crystal structure is not completely recovered due to its small slip system. In addition, the degree of deformation of each grain in the α phase is closely related to the orientation of the grains, and the deformation degree within each grain until the neck shrinking will tend to be consistent. When the specimen is broken, the dislocations in the α phase are distributed in a net shape.
