一台日本川崎85ZIV型装载机,变速器采用半自动控制,换挡控制采用电磁阀和微机控制,当出现异常时监控器会报警。在行走过程中突然出现报警,随后慢慢停机,停机后挂上任何挡位均不能行走,但熄火后稍等片刻重新启动机器又恢复正常,但在很短时间内机器又出现以上故障。该机出现故障时,除了主报警灯亮和蜂鸣器响以外,别的报警灯均不亮,经试机发现机器在各个挡位均没有一点抖动。熄火片刻后重新启动机器又恢复正常,说明控制器没有给换挡电磁阀发出控制信号,由此判断是电器系统有问题。因控制器自身有保护功能,一般控制器出现问题的可能性很小。在随后的
