为探讨bc1-2、p53在乳腺癌中表达的关系及意义。应用构缘酸—ABC—免疫组化法,对87例浸润性乳腺癌石蜡包理组织进行检测。结果:bc1-2+/p53+13例(14.94%),bc1-2—/P53—9例(10.34%),bc1-2+/p53—42例(48.28%),bcl-2—/p53+23例(26,44%),bcl-2和p53表达率之间呈明显负相关性(P<0.01)。bcl-2—/p53十与bc1-2+/p53—表达表型比较,分化差,核分裂多,淋巴结转移,复发,脏器转移,生存期<5年,ER、PR阴性,PCNA强表达请参数中,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),bc1-2+/p53+比bc1-2—/p53—表达表型分化差(P<0.05)。提示:bc1-2和p53蛋白表达表型与浸润性乳腺癌的预后间存在着密切联系,以bc1-2+/P53—为最佳,bc1-2—/P53+为最差,另两种表型介于中间,但bc1-2—/P53—似较bc1-2+/P53十为佳。bc1-2、p53蛋白表达和乳腺癌坏死之间无明显相关性。
To explore the relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and p53 in breast cancer and its significance. Paraffin-embedded tissues from 87 cases of invasive breast cancer were detected by constitutive acid-ABC-immunohistochemistry. Results: bc1-2+/p53+13 cases (14.94%), bc1-2-/P53-9 cases (10.34%), bc1-2+/p53-42 cases (48.28%), bcl-2- /p53+23 cases (26,44%) showed a significant negative correlation between bcl-2 and p53 expression rates (P<0.01). Differences in bcl-2/p53/bc1-2+/p53- expression phenotypes: Poor differentiation, multiple mitoses, lymph node metastasis, recurrence, organ metastasis, survival <5 years, ER, PR negative, strong PCNA expression. Parameters The difference was significant (P<0.01), and bc1-2+/p53+ had poorer differentiation than the bc1-2-/p53-expressing phenotype (P<0.05). It is suggested that there is a close relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and p53 protein and the prognosis of invasive breast cancer, with bc1-2+/P53- being the best and bc1-2-/P53+ being the worst, and the other two phenotypes. In the middle, but bc1-2-/P53-like better than bc1-2+/P53. There was no significant correlation between bcl-2, p53 protein expression and breast cancer necrosis.
