说起设备事故档案,各厂矿、企业都有较为完善的保管措施。但是,能否充分发挥档案的作用,合理利用其价值,提高设备管理水平,情况就不同了。根据我厂的实践经验,管好、用好设备事故档案,对搞好设备事故预测,按排协调生产有很大的促进作用。 1.完善机构、有章可循 建立以安全设备厂长为中心的事故管理机构,制定必要的事故管理制度,形成班组有兼职,车间、科室设专职的安全设备管理员的事故档案管理网络。班组有事故记录表,事故发生后,及时收回设备事故记录表,对照设备运行日报表和设备台帐,查找事故原因。车间有事故报告单,在事故后4小时内,把书面报告呈报有关部门。安全设备科接到报告后,迅速组织有关技术人员现场查看,抓住第一手资料,该绘图的绘图,该化验的化验,在24小时内把事故分析报告呈报厂部,厂部把研究批复意见及时反馈到车间,车间组织事故当班人员认真学习讨论,吸取教训。
