英国汉普郡的 Lasermet 公司研制成原子反应堆用激光扫描相机,在日本开始出售。原子反应堆有定期检查的义务,电视摄像机及光学相机等受放射线影响,透镜及其他电荷耦合器件、电缆、放大器等易于损伤,检查必须在短时间内完成。另外,过去的照相系统,为获得清晰图像,需有强的照明灯光,为防止发热及受其发热影响,必需有冷却装置。为解决上述问题,研制出激光扫描相机。该装置简略示于图1,光源为7.5mw 的
