目的 :观察海拔 53 80m富氧对士兵PWC1 70 和台阶指数的影响 ;方法 :将室内氧浓度提高到 2 7.3 0 %± 0 .2 3 % ,用自制CO2 清除器吸收受试者呼出的CO2 气体 ,检测室内CO2 为 0 .1 5%± 0 .0 7% ;1 0名受试者在富氧室休息睡眠 1 2h ,出富氧室后在常氧下做二级定量负荷踏阶运动实验 ,心电图描记心率 ,然后与富氧前作对照 ;结果 :富氧后较富氧前PWC1 70 和台阶指数均增高 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5) ;结论 :海拔53 80m富氧 1 2h可显著提高士兵的体力作用效率。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of oxygen enrichment at 53 80 m above sea level on PWC1 70 and step index of soldiers. Methods: The indoor oxygen concentration was increased to 2 7.3 0% ± 0.23%. CO2 exhaled from the subjects was absorbed by CO2 remover , The detection of indoor CO2 was 0. 15% ± 0. 0 7%; 10 subjects in the oxygen-enriched room resting sleep 12h, after the oxygen-enriched chamber under normoxia do two levels of quantitative load treadmill exercise test , Electrocardiogram was used to characterize the heart rate, and then compared with that before oxygen enrichment. Results: The PWC1 70 and step index before oxygen enrichment were higher than those before oxygen enrichment, the difference was significant (P <0.01 and P <0.05); CONCLUSION: Oxygen enrichment of 53 80 m above sea level for 12 hours can significantly improve the physical efficiency of soldiers.
