利用多种检测方法系统研究4种转炉除尘灰的理化性质和对煤粉燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,不同转炉除尘灰粒度差异较大且元素组成复杂;物相组成上均含有Fe3O4,部分存在Fe2O3、CaO及CaCO3;样品微观结构差异明显,10 nm以下的孔隙贡献了主要的比表面积,10 nm以上的孔隙贡献了主要的孔容积;除尘灰通过降低着火、燃尽及反应峰值对应的温度改善煤粉燃烧反应性,但过高的碳酸盐含量会抑制其强化燃烧效果。
The physical and chemical properties of four kinds of converter dust ash and its influence on the combustion performance of pulverized coal were systematically studied by a variety of testing methods. The results show that the grain sizes of the dusts in different converters are quite different and their element composition is quite complex. The phase composition of the converter contains Fe3O4, some of which are Fe2O3, CaO and CaCO3. The microstructures of the samples are obviously different. The pores below 10 nm contribute to the major specific surface area, The pore volume above 10 nm contributes to the major pore volume. Dust removal improves the combustion reactivity of pulverized coal by reducing the temperatures corresponding to ignition, burnout and reaction peaks, but excessive carbonates inhibit its enhanced combustion.
