将碱改性HZSM-5沸石负载活性组分AgNO_3的吸附剂应用于乙烯乙烷吸附分离。通过N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶红外(FI-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)、吸附等温线等,对改性前后吸附剂孔道、晶体结构、外观形貌、元素含量变化、活性组分的最佳单层分散量和乙烯乙烷吸附分离性能进行了研究。结果表明,经过0.4 mol/L Na OH处理的改性样品的平均孔径可达5.5 nm。改性吸附剂负载活性组分AgNO_3的最佳单层分散量为33.3%,25℃、0.5 MPa时其对乙烯乙烷混合组分吸附平衡的分离系数可达2.78,对变压吸附(PSA)具有很好的分离应用前景。
Adsorption of alkali-modified HZSM-5 zeolite with active component AgNO_3 on ethylene-ethane adsorption separation. The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, FI-IR, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- OES) Before and after the adsorbent pore, crystal structure, appearance and morphology, elemental content changes, the best single-layer dispersion of the active ingredient and ethylene adsorption properties were studied. The results showed that the average pore size of modified samples treated with 0.4 mol / L NaOH could reach 5.5 nm. The optimal monolayer dispersion of AgNO 3 loaded with modified adsorbent was 33.3%. The separation coefficient of adsorption equilibrium for ethylene oxide mixture reached as high as 2.78 at 25 ℃ and 0.5 MPa, Has a good separation of application prospects.
