目的:考察外源镁对冬季生长迟缓期的艾纳香生物量和有效成分含量的影响。方法:选择一年生艾纳香种子苗为试验材料,以七水合硫酸镁提供镁元素,在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期进行3次施肥,测定艾纳香的株高、地径、叶长和叶宽等生长指标以及生物量。采用UV测定艾纳香不同部位总黄酮含量,检测波长500 nm。采用GC测定艾纳香叶片中l-龙脑含量,程序升温(起始温度80℃,保持2 min;以5℃·min-1升温至100℃,继以20℃·min-1升温至200℃),进样口温度220℃,FID检测器温度240℃,进样量0.6μL,分流比9∶1。结果:外源镁提高了冬季生长迟缓期的艾纳香的生长指标,极显著提高了地径、叶长和叶宽,显著增加了艾纳香叶、茎和根的生物量。10 g·L-1镁处理的艾纳香叶片和茎生物量分别为226.47,140.40 g,依次为空白组(CK)叶片(22.45 g)和茎(26.57 g)生物量的10.09,5.28倍;15 g·L-1镁处理下的艾纳香叶片和茎生物量分别为244.88,146.02 g。外源镁对艾纳香不同部位中总黄酮和l-龙脑质量分数提高无促进作用或影响不显著,但增加了二者质量的积累,10,15 g·L-1镁处理下的l-龙脑质量分别是CK的8.5,10.0倍。结论:在冬季生长迟缓期施加镁,可促进艾纳香的生长和生物量积累,显著提高其总黄酮和l-龙脑的质量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of exogenous magnesium on the biomass and active ingredient content of Arenalin in the retarding period of winter growth. Methods: The annual seedlings of Artemisia selengensis were selected as test materials, magnesium was supplied by magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, and fertilization was performed three times during the retarded growth period of Anemones in winter. The plant height, diameter, leaf length and leaf length Wide growth indicators and biomass. Determination of total flavonoids content in different parts of Anemone by UV, detection wavelength 500 nm. The contents of l-borneol in leaves of ANAXESS were determined by GC. The temperature was programmed (initial temperature was 80 ℃, kept for 2 min; the temperature was raised to 100 ℃ at 5 ℃ · min-1, and the temperature was raised to 200 ℃ at 20 ℃ · min-1 ℃), inlet temperature 220 ℃, FID detector temperature 240 ℃, injection volume 0.6μL, split ratio 9: 1. Results: Exogenous magnesium increased the growth index of ANAXONA in slow growing season, and significantly increased the diameter, leaf length and leaf width, and significantly increased the biomass of leaves, stems and roots. Biomass of leaves and stems of Anemone, 10 g · L-1, were 226.47 and 140.40 g, respectively, which were 10.09 and 5.28 times higher than those of CK (22.45 g) and stems (26.57 g) Under 15 g · L-1 magnesium treatment, leaf and stem biomass of A. fragrans were 244.88 and 146.02 g, respectively. Exogenous magnesium had no effect on the increase of total flavonoids and l-borneol content in different parts of Anemarrhenae, but had no significant effect, but increased the accumulation of both, l - Dragon brain quality is CK, 8.5,10.0 times. CONCLUSION: Applying magnesium in the retarding period of winter can promote the growth and biomass accumulation of A. fragrans, and significantly improve the quality of its total flavonoids and l-borneol.
