安棚油田深层系为特低孔特低渗油气田,地层弹性驱动能量低,及时注够水、注好水保持地层压力,是安棚油田取得预期开发效果的关键。针对安棚深层系的储层特点,在对安棚深层系注入水水质分析的基础上,进行了模拟注水过程的岩心流动试验。试验评价了注水过程中储层水敏、速敏、机杂等对储层造成的伤害因素及伤害程度,重点研究了注入水中机械杂质不同浓度、不同粒径及不同注入PV数对储层渗透率的影响,找出了安棚深层系注水造成储层伤害的主要因素是注入水中的机械杂质,提出了防止注水伤害的措施。对低孔低渗及特低渗油气田注水开发具有借鉴意义。
