基于沥青胶浆黏弹性基本理论,通过室内试验,研究了在不同温度梯度、不同粉胶比及不同填料细度级配影响因素下,沥青胶浆所体现的黏弹性力学性能。采用5种粉胶比,两种细度级配配制的沥青胶浆,对沥青胶浆在高温、低温下的力学性能进行了试验研究。研究表明:材料选择和环境因素对沥青胶浆流变性能有显著影响,影响程度的大小排序为:温度>粉胶比>矿粉细度,测定沥青胶浆的锥入度、蠕变和黏度指标来表征其力学性能,对沥青混合料性能研究具有重要理论价值和实际工程意义。
Based on the basic theory of viscoelasticity of asphalt mortar, the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mortar under different temperature gradients, different ratios of powder and cement and different gradation of fillers were studied by laboratory tests. The mechanical properties of asphalt mortar under high temperature and low temperature were studied by using five kinds of cementing ratio and two kinds of asphalt mortar with fineness gradation. The results show that the material selection and environmental factors have a significant effect on the rheological properties of asphalt mortar, and the order of the influence degree is: temperature> powder-binder ratio> fineness of mineral powder, determination of penetration, creep and viscosity of asphalt mortar Indicators to characterize its mechanical properties, the performance of asphalt mixture has important theoretical value and practical engineering significance.
