目的:优选复方甘草片的片芯制备工艺。方法:以片芯崩解时限、溶出度和外观为综合评价指标,通过正交试验考察微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、滑石粉、氧化镁(MgO)用量对复方甘草片双层片片芯制备工艺的影响。结果:最佳制备工艺为5.6%微晶纤维素为填充剂,15.2%CMS-Na为崩解剂,4.9%滑石粉为润滑剂,5.1%氧化镁为吸收剂,制备的片芯外表光洁,崩解时限(26.4±10)s,溶出度达99%。结论:优选的制备工艺稳定可行,制得的片芯达到了双层片制备的要求。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of compound licorice tablets. Methods: The time, dissolution and appearance of tablet core were taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes. Conclusion: The preparation process is stable and feasible. The obtained core has reached the requirement of double layer preparation.
