目的:探讨不同强度运动后机体内乳酸的变化情况。方法:随机选取广州体育学院学生9人,男女分别为8人、1人,随机分为安静组与运动组,测试安静组和运动组运动后的血乳酸值。结果:安静对照组血乳酸浓度2.37±0.48mmol/L,3min原地跑组运动后其血乳酸浓度为3.6mmol/L,1min高抬腿跑组运动后血乳酸浓度为6.1mmol/L,5min功率自行车10s冲刺组运动后血乳酸浓度为8.3mmol/L。与安静组相比运动组均具有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:运动组血乳酸浓度较安静组高;在一定范围内运动强度越大,其血乳酸浓度越高。
Objective: To investigate the changes of lactate in the body after exercise with different intensities. Methods: Nine students from Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected randomly. The male and female were 8 and 1 respectively. They were randomly divided into quiet group and exercise group, and the blood lactic acid values of the quiet group and exercise group were measured. Results: The blood lactate concentration was 2.37 ± 0.48mmol / L in the quiet control group, and the blood lactate concentration was 3.6mmol / L after the exercise in the 3min in situ run group. The concentration of lactate in the 10s sprint group after power cycling was 8.3mmol / L. Compared with the quiet group exercise group has a very significant difference (p <0.01). Conclusion: The concentration of lactate in the exercise group is higher than that in the quiet group. The greater the exercise intensity is, the higher the concentration of lactate is in the exercise group.
