The BOT (Build-oprate-Transfer) is an investment and contribution method for infrastructure projects that started in the 1980s. China’s use of the BOT investment mode started only in the 1990s. Although time was short, there was a great development. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, there are some projects that have adopted the BOT approach such as project B Shajiao Guangzhou North Ring Expressway and Shanghai Yan’an East Road Tunnel
