在目前为了获得由合成固体材料产品而采用的工艺中,自蔓延高温合成与各种热压力加工(如挤压、喷射和轧制)相结合的方法占据了重要位置。其中自蔓延高温合成(SHS)—挤压已取得充分研究和广泛应用,甚至(SHS)—喷射也找到了实际的应用。从生产具有各种用途的产品观点出发(如板材、带材和各种截面型材、管材),SHS—轧制是最引人感兴趣的工艺,但关于它的研究和实际基础还很缺乏。本文提出了一种能生产具有孔隙度可调节的金属间化合物材料的新方法,即真空SHS与真空轧制相结合
