随着近年来剖宫产率日趋增高，剖宫产对新生儿的影响引起人们的关注。作者就我院１９９２年剖宫产分娩３５７例（含双胎１例）的胎儿和新生儿的病死率与阴道难产儿进行对比分析，就剖宫产对新生儿的影响做一初步探讨。
