煤气在工业炉上的应用是通过燃烧器来实现的。煤气燃烧器有扩散式、大气式、无焰式和混合式之分。后三种在工业上的应用最广。其中大气式和无焰式燃烧器,因其设计原理相同,通常称为引射式煤气燃烧器。现在在许多的文献和书籍的个别章节里都有许多关于燃烧器计算方法的介绍,但计算方法各不相同,有时会引起互相矛盾的结果,且未能考虑到燃烧器的工作特性。本文根据燃烧器的工作特性,引用了几个重要的概念,将苏联专家A.A.约宁所提出的基本公式作了导演和分析,并从中得出一些结论,可供设计工作者设计时参考。
The use of gas in industrial furnaces is achieved through burners. Gas burners are diffuse, atmospheric, flameless and hybrid. The latter three are the most widely used in industry. One atmospheric and flameless burner, because of its design principles are the same, usually referred to as the introduction of gas burners. There are now many introductory statements on burner calculation methods in the individual chapters of many documents and books, but the methods of calculation vary and sometimes give rise to conflicting results and fail to take into account the operating characteristics of the burner. Based on the working characteristics of burners, this paper refers to several important concepts and directs and analyzes the basic formulas proposed by A.A. Jonin, a Soviet expert, and draws some conclusions from which we can make reference to design workers.
