判断甲亢患者的病情,对治疗方法的选择与予后估计均有重要意义。过去根据基础代谢率高低,或心率快慢来确定病情,这两种方法虽各有其优缺点,但易受多种因素的影响。本文目的在于探索T_4测定,可否做为判定甲亢病情程度的依据,因此,观察了100例甲亢病人的T_4,同时检查了心率。通过对比分析,可以看到T_4水平高低与甲亢病情程度有一定关系,T_4检查方法是可做为甲亢病情诊断指标之一
To determine the condition of patients with hyperthyroidism, the treatment of choice and prognosis are of great significance. In the past based on the level of basal metabolic rate, or heart rate to determine the condition, although each has its own advantages and disadvantages of these two methods, but vulnerable to many factors. The purpose of this paper is to explore T_4 determination, whether as a basis for determining the extent of hyperthyroidism, therefore, observed 100 cases of hyperthyroidism patients T_4, at the same time check the heart rate. Through comparative analysis, we can see that the level of T_4 is related to the degree of hyperthyroidism, T_4 test can be used as one of the indicators of hyperthyroidism diagnosis
