双亚乙基二硫四硫富瓦烯 (简称BEDT TTF)的盐具有非同寻常的电荷转移性质及超导电性 ,近年来引起人们的浓厚兴趣。我们采用电化学结晶的方法 ,在恒电流I=1 μA的条件下 ,制备了几种BEDT TTF的阳离子盐 ,其中一种新晶体是 (BEDT TTF) 2 HgCl3 ·CHCl2 CH2 Cl,晶体是以 1 ,1 ,2 三氯乙烷和乙醇 (体积比 9∶1 )的混合溶液作溶剂 ,电解一个月得到的 ,获得的晶体的最大尺寸为 4mm× 3mm×0 .0 8mm。利用‘BrukerP4’单晶衍射仪 ,测定其单晶结构 ,结构参数如下 :化学式 (C10 H8S8) 2 HgCl3 ·CHCl2 CH2 Cl,Mr =1 2 0 9.6 2 ,单斜晶系 ,C2空间群 ,a =3.92 36 ( 5 )nm ,b =0 .6 6 76 0 ( 1 4)nm ,c =1 .4881 ( 3)nm ,β =95 .5 8( 2 )° ,V =3.8794( 1 2 )nm3 ,Z =4,Dx=2 .0 71Mg/M3 ,λ(MoKα) =0 .0 71 0 73nm ,F( 0 0 0 ) =2 35 6 ,T =2 93( 2 )K ,R =0 .0 6 88对 5 799可观测的衍射点。单晶结构显示BEDT TTF分子沿c轴方向形成堆积 ,沿a轴方向肩并肩排列 ,并且BEDT TTF分子堆积沿此方向被HgCl-3 和 1 ,1 ,2 三氯乙烷层分割开。有关导电和磁学性能研究正在进一步进行之中。
The salt of bis-ethylene disulfide tetrathiafulvalene (referred to as BEDT TTF) has extraordinary charge-transfer properties and superconductivity and has aroused great interest in recent years. We prepared several cationic salts of BEDT TTF at a constant current of I = 1 μA using electrochemical crystallization. One of the new crystals was (BEDT TTF) 2 HgCl3 · CHCl2 CH2 Cl, , 1, 2 trichloroethane and ethanol (volume ratio of 9: 1) as a solvent mixture, electrolysis obtained a month, the maximum size of the obtained crystal is 4mm × 3mm × 0.08mm. The single crystal structure was determined by ’Bruker P4’ single crystal diffractometer. The structural parameters were as follows: Chemical formula (C10 H8S8) 2 HgCl3 · CHCl2 CH2 Cl, Mr = 1206 2, monoclinic, C2 space group, a = 3.92 36 (5) nm, b = 0.67660 (14) nm, c = 1.4881 (3) nm, β = 95.58 (2) °, V = 3.8794 (1 2) nm3 , Z = 4, Dx = 2.071Mg / M3, λ (MoKα) = 0.071 073nm, F (0 0 0) = 2 35 6, T = 2 93 K, R = 0. 0 6 88 to 5 799 Observable diffraction points. The single crystal structure shows that the BEDT TTF molecules are accumulated in the c-axis direction, arranged side by side in the a-axis direction, and the BEDT TTF molecules are separated in this direction by the HgCl-3 and 1, 1, 2 trichloroethane layers. Research on conductivity and magnetic properties is under way.
