目的探讨医院感染管理组织结构与信息交融流程，提高管理水平。方法对新建煤炭总医院感染管理的组织结构、信息交融流程、各级人员的职责与任务进行了理论与实践的探讨。结果确立了煤炭总医院感染管理三级网络及其信息交融流程、职责与任务。结论通过４年的实践，证明煤炭总医院感染管理三级网络及信息交融决策管理系统是行之有效的管理网络，１１项职责与８项措施，有效地控制了医院感染的暴发流行，降低了医院感染发生率，达到了加强医院感染管理不费钱、产生钱、节省钱的社会效益与经济效益
Objective To explore the structure of hospital infection management organization and information fusion process and improve the management level. Methods The theoretical and practical discussions were conducted on the organizational structure of the infection management of the new coal general hospital, the information fusion process, and the responsibilities and tasks of the personnel at all levels. As a result, the three-level network of coal hospital infection management and its information integration processes, responsibilities and tasks were established. Conclusion Through four years of practice, it proved that the three-level network of infection management of coal hospitals and the information fusion decision management system are effective management networks. 11 responsibilities and 8 measures effectively controlled the outbreak of nosocomial infection and reduced The incidence of nosocomial infection has reached the social and economic benefits of strengthening the management of nosocomial infections without money, money and money.
