目的:通过HPLC法测定金银花不同加工方法中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量,考察金银花加工方法对质量的影响。方法:绿原酸色谱柱:C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(13:87),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm;木犀草苷色谱柱:苯基色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(二元梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm。结果:不同加工方法对金银花颜色及绿原酸、木犀草苷的含量有明显的影响。结论:生产中适宜采用微波与晒干加工方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in different processing methods of honeysuckle by HPLC and to study the influence of honeysuckle processing methods on quality. Methods: The chlorogenic acid column was C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (13:87) at the flow rate of 1.0mL / min and the detection wavelength of 327nm. Column: Phenyl column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid (binary gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 327 nm. Results: Different processing methods had significant effects on the color of honeysuckle and the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin. Conclusion: Production is suitable for microwave and dry processing methods.
