目的明确基质金属蛋白酶-26(MMP-26)、P-糖蛋白(PgP)、增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)在宫颈病变中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-26、PgP、Ki-67蛋白在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变和浸润性宫颈癌中的表达情况。结果正常宫颈组织中MMP-26的阳性表达率8.33%,PgP阳性表达66.67%,Ki-67阳性表达率16.67%。宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中MMP-26的阳性表达率75.56%,PgP阳性表达率53.33%,Ki-67阳性表达率71.11%。宫颈癌中MMP-26的阳性表达率81.36%,PgP阳性表达率45.76%,Ki-67阳性表达率88.14%。结论 MMP-26、Ki-67的表达随宫颈组织病理级别的递升而递增,PgP的表达随宫颈组织病理级别的递升而递降,三者与宫颈病变的发生、发展有相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-26, P-gp and Ki-67 in cervical lesions and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of MMP-26, PgP and Ki-67 in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive cervical carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-26 in normal cervical tissue was 8.33%, the positive expression rate of PgP was 66.67%, the positive rate of Ki-67 expression was 16.67%. The positive rate of MMP-26 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was 75.56%, the positive rate of PgP was 53.33%, the positive rate of Ki-67 was 71.11%. The positive rate of MMP-26 in cervical cancer was 81.36%, the positive rate of PgP was 45.76%, the positive rate of Ki-67 was 88.14%. Conclusions The expressions of MMP-26 and Ki-67 are increasing with the pathological grade of cervical tissue. The expression of PgP is decreasing with the pathological grade of cervical tissue. The three are correlated with the occurrence and development of cervical lesions.
