在西气东输二线Φ1219mm×22mm水平定向钻穿越工程中,国内首次采用聚乙烯管(简称PE管)作为配重管的施工方式,应用在大口径、长距离、复杂岩石地层穿越中。选择合适管径的PE管,充水后安装在回拖管道中,保证了回拖管在回拖过程中悬浮于孔洞中,减小了管道与岩石孔洞的摩擦及防腐层损伤,且降低了回拖时管道卡阻风险。现以西二线工程中潦河定向钻穿越为例,探讨了PE配重管在水平定向钻穿越施工中的应用。
In the Φ1219mm × 22mm horizontal directional drilling crossing project of the second West-East Gas Pipeline project, the first polyethylene pipe (PE pipe) in China is used as the construction method of the counterweight pipe, which is used in the crossing of large-caliber, long-distance and complex rock strata.
