人事档案是反映个人成长历史的凭证和依据,是企业人力资源管理与开发、使用的重要依据。人事档案管理工作在信息化、网络化的当下,应充分利用现代化科技手段提高企业人事档案管理工作质量和效率,快速、全面、真实地反映企业人才队伍现状,全面提升企业人力资源管理工作。本文对人事档案管理信息化建设的必要性、建设目标和前景提出一些思考和建议,供人事档案管理工作者参考。
Personnel files reflect the history of personal growth evidence and basis, is an important basis for enterprise human resources management and development, use. Personnel file management in the information, network of the moment, we should make full use of modern scientific and technological means to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise personnel records management, rapid, comprehensive, and truly reflect the status quo of corporate personnel, and comprehensively enhance the work of human resources management. This article puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the necessity, construction goal and prospect of the personnel archives management information construction for reference of the personnel archives management workers.
