澳新食品标准局(FSANZ)近日宣布,生食杏仁风险高,为了消费者的健康请勿生食。FSANZ与新西兰第一产业部对一组食用后可释放氰化物的天然食物进行了调查,调查对象为含有生氰糖苷的木薯、亚麻籽、笋和杏仁等。调查结果显示,生食杏仁有健康风险,并有必要进一步采取应对措施。FSANZ建议,成人每日不宜超过3颗,禁止儿童食用。含有杏仁的杏制品则未发现健康风险。澳大利亚和新西兰的部分消费者
Australia’s new Food Standards Agency (FSANZ) recently announced that the high risk of raw almonds, do not raw food for the health of consumers. FSANZ and Ministry of Primary Industry of New Zealand conducted a survey on a group of natural foods that released cyanide after eating. The survey subjects were cassava, flaxseed, bamboo shoots and almonds containing cyanogenic glycosides. The findings show that raw almonds pose a health risk and there is a need for further countermeasures. FSANZ suggested that adults should not be more than 3 daily, prohibiting children eating.
