比较栽培灵芝与野生灵芝中总糖的含量。以葡萄糖为标准品,5%苯酚和浓硫酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法在490 nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。栽培海南赤芝的总糖含量为1.59%,栽培信州赤芝的总糖含量为1.93%,野生海南赤芝的总糖含量为2.19%,野生黄边灵芝的总糖含量为1.49%,野生海南灵芝的总糖含量为1.37%。栽培海南赤芝和栽培信州赤芝的总糖含量高于野生黄边灵芝及野生海南灵芝,但低于野生海南赤芝。
Comparison of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum and wild Ganoderma lucidum total sugar content. With glucose as a standard, 5% phenol and concentrated sulfuric acid as a chromogenic reagent, the absorbance of the sample was measured spectrophotometrically at 490 nm. The total sugar content was 1.59%, the total sugar content was 1.93%, the total sugar content was 2.19%, the total sugar content was 1.49%, the total sugar content of wild Hainan Ganoderma lucidum was Sugar content of 1.37%. The total sugar content of cultivated Hainan red ginseng and cultivated Shinshu Ganoderma lucidum was higher than that of wild yellow ganoderma lucidum and wild Hainan ganoderma, but lower than that of wild Hainan ganoderma lucidum.
