卟啉病(Porphyria)又称紫质病、为一组遗传缺陷卟啉代谢异常的疾病,其中急性间歇型极易与急腹症及神经,精神系统疾病混淆。国内于1958年以前仅报道过9例,现将我院自1975～1980年所见4例报道如下。例1,女,19岁,住院号7508659。因腹痛五天于1975年8月29日入院。腹痛呈阵发性绞痛,部位不定,伴恶心呕吐、腰背疼痛及左下肢肌肉抽痛。无精神刺激及特殊用药史。家族中无同样病史。
Porphyria (Porphyria), also known as purpura, is a group of disorders of genetic defects in the metabolism of porphyrin, acute intermittent type which is easily confused with acute abdomen and neurological and psychiatric disorders. Only 9 cases were reported in China before 1958, and 4 cases reported in our hospital from 1975 to 1980 are reported as follows. Example 1, female, 19 years old, hospital number 7508659. Five days due to abdominal pain in August 29, 1975 admission. Abdominal pain was paroxysmal colic, indefinite position, with nausea and vomiting, back pain and left lower extremity muscle ache. No mental stimulation and special medication history. No similar family history.
