中空结构轴类件具有显著减轻轴重的优势,但其成形制造困难。文章提出楔横轧层合轴的思路,应用DEFORM-3D软件对楔横轧同种材料层合轴和单层轴的成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,得到了双层同种材料层合轴及单层材料轴在展宽段的变形特征及应力分布规律的特点。通过对比两种轴的应力分布,总结出层合轴应力分布的形成原因,以及应力分布场对轧制实验中同种材料结合理论的指导意义。通过实验,验证了楔横轧同种材料层合轴的可行性,为楔横轧轧制同种或异种层合轴的深入研究提供了理论依据。
Hollow structural shaft parts have the advantage of significantly reducing shaft weight, but their forming is difficult. In this paper, the idea of wedge cross-rolling laminated shaft is put forward. DEFORM-3D software is used to simulate the forming process of the same material laminated shaft and single shaft. The deformation characteristics and stress distribution of single-layer material in the broadening section. By comparing the stress distributions of the two kinds of shafts, the reasons for the stress distribution in the laminated shaft and the guiding significance of the stress distribution field to the theory of the same material in the rolling experiment are summarized. The feasibility of the cross-rolling of the same type of material laminated shaft is verified by experiments, which provides a theoretical basis for the further study of cross-type rolling of the same or different type of laminated shaft.
