目的观察初诊和完全缓解的急性白血病骨髓基质细胞SDF1表达情况。方法分离培养5例初诊急性白血病患者(A组)、5例完全缓解急性白血病患者(B组)、5例正常人或无重大血液系统疾病患者(C组)骨髓基质细胞,ELISA法检测培养上清中SDF1含量。结果A、B、C三组骨髓基质细胞培养上清中SDF1含量分别为2941±374、2891±305、1583±157pg/ml,A、B两组显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论急性白血病患者骨髓基质细胞分泌SDF1增多,完全缓解后仍存在持续异常。
Objective To observe the expression of SDF1 in newly diagnosed and completely relieved acute leukemia bone marrow stromal cells. Methods 5 cases of newly diagnosed acute leukemia (A group), 5 cases of complete remission acute leukemia (B group), 5 normal controls or group C without bone marrow stromal cells were isolated and cultured. Qing SDF1 content. Results The levels of SDF1 in the culture supernatant of B, C and B groups were 2941 ± 374,2891 ± 305,1583 ± 157pg / ml, respectively. The levels of SDF1 in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of SDF1 in bone marrow stromal cells is increased in patients with acute leukemia, and persistent abnormalities persist after complete remission.
