车用液化天然气气瓶在充装时排放阀关闭,充装过程为密闭充装的。搭建了模拟实际情况下车用液化天然气气瓶充装的实验装置,并对950升车用液化天然气气瓶进行充装实验。实验研究结果表明,车用液化天然气气瓶在充装过程中气瓶内的压力变化经历了上升、平缓、逐渐上升和突然快速上升这几个过程;气瓶初始充装率越大,充装过程中气瓶内压力从缓慢上升过渡到突然快速上升的压力点值越小。
Car liquefied natural gas cylinders in the filling valve closed when the filling process for the closed filling. An experimental device for simulating the filling of liquefied natural gas cylinders for vehicles was set up and the filling experiment was carried out on liquefied natural gas cylinders of 950 l vehicles. Experimental results show that the pressure of gas cylinders in LPG cylinders during filling process has gone through several processes: rising, gentle, gradual increase and sudden rapid rise. The larger the initial filling rate of cylinders, The pressure in the cylinder during the transition from a slow rise to a sudden rapid rise pressure point value is smaller.
