恒电位深腐蚀显示金相组织的方法,能清晰地显示显微组织的立体形貌,适宜在扫描电镜下进行观察.本文介绍了用三电极阶跃法测出的纯铝、纯硅和铝硅、铝铜、铝稀土、铝钒、铝铬、铝锰、铝钛硼钒等合金的阳极极化曲线.实验证实:在最佳深腐蚀恒电位下进行腐蚀,能达到最佳选择腐蚀的效果.文中还就电位扫描速度、电解液温度、试样表面状态等因素对电极极化曲线影响规律作了介绍.
