After retirement, I should go to Golden Triangle area to visit the tourist many times at the invitation of my friend. There, I was touched by the homesickness of the former Kuomintang remnants and helped them find their loved ones in the motherland and won their trust and praise. In early November 2004, I went to Myanmar to visit a friend named Shih Tung Cheong. A few days later, a few Chinese were removed to find me and asked me to help them find their loved ones in the motherland. It turned out that they were the remnants of the Kuomintang, they came to the Golden Triangle region from Yunnan and Guizhou in our early years and later became Thai citizens. This time, they crossed the border from Thailand to work in Myanmar to earn some living expenses. Among these people, there is an old lady named Dao Yu Xing. She was from Menglian County, Yunnan Province. One day in early 1953, she was only 14 years old and was captured by the remnants of the Kuomintang crossed the border to marry a disabled army officer.
