目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染后胃粘液细胞游离面及粘液上皮基底膜中阴离子分布的变化.方法利用PEI作为阳离子探针,对10例Hp感染者的活检胃粘膜进行观察.结果胃粘液细胞游离面常有排列紧密的PEI标记物,而细胞间隙中PEI标记常阴性或仅有少量.Hp感染后,部分胃粘液细胞膜上PEI标记减少或缺失,细胞间隙中PEI标记明显增多,有时某些细胞器上亦有PEI标记.基底膜中PEI标记为15nm~20nm致密颗粒以35nm~80nm的间距有序排列,炎症细胞浸润破坏基底膜时,其PEI标记稀疏或中断.结论细胞膜上阴离子分布的改变在Hp致病中可能起一定的作用.
Objective To investigate the changes of anion distribution in gastric mucosal cell surface and mucosal epithelial basement membrane after Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods PEI was used as a cationic probe to detect biopsy gastric mucosa in 10 Hp infected patients. Results Gastric mucosa cells often have closely spaced PEI markers, while the PEI markers in the intercellular space are often negative or only a small amount. After Hp infection, PEI labeling of some gastric mucosa cell membrane was reduced or missing, PEI labeling increased obviously in cell gap, and PEI labeling was also found in some organelles. In the basement membrane, PEI labeled as 15nm ~ 20nm dense particles arranged in order of 35nm ~ 80nm spacing, infiltration of inflammatory cells damage the basement membrane, the sparse or interrupted PEI label. Conclusion The change of anion distribution on the cell membrane may play a role in the pathogenesis of Hp.
