为了全面地了解国内外关于海军航空器用树脂基复合材料的海洋环境老化行为研究现状,以期能为我国的国防事业作出一定的贡献,在充分分析海洋环境的基础上,根据海军航空器中树脂基复合材料的具体使用情况,对相关研究文献及报告进行了大量的分析,总结了国内外树脂基复合材料在海洋环境中老化行为及寿命预测的研究进展。现阶段的研究主要集中在人工加速老化方面,对自然环境老化以及两种老化试验之间当量换算关系的研究还有待完善。同时,根据实际发展需要,对如何进一步开展树脂基复合材料在海洋环境中的老化研究提出了一些建议。
In order to fully understand the research status of marine environmental aging behavior of resin-based composites for naval aircraft at home and abroad, with a view to making a contribution to China’s national defense, based on a full analysis of the marine environment, based on the resin-based composite The author made a great deal of analysis on relevant research documents and reports and summarized the research progress on the aging behavior and life expectancy of the resin-based composites in the marine environment at home and abroad. The research of this stage mainly focuses on the artificial accelerated aging. The research on the relationship between the aging of the natural environment and the equivalent conversion between the two aging tests is yet to be improved. At the same time, some suggestions on how to further study the aging of resin-based composites in the marine environment are put forward according to the needs of practical development.
