美国 PAC 公司开发的 TB-1000技术,是运用声发射技术探测储罐泄漏的一种新方法。运用这项技术,储罐上有损毁和瑕疵处就会发射声波,将声波传到感应器上转换成为电信号,被放大显示于阴极射线管并储存于磁盘上。目前声发射已广泛应用于从管道到催化裂化装置以及铁路油罐车的检测。本文从回顾近几年世界上发生的严重的原油及油品泄漏和油罐坍塌事故说起,谈及其造成的恶果,以期引起人们对泄漏事故的重视。同时简介了探测地面储罐泄漏的声发射技术的原理、应用及效果。开扩了应用此项技术的思路。
The TB-1000 technology developed by the PAC of the United States is a new method for detecting tank leakage using acoustic emission technology. Using this technique, sound waves are emitted from damaged and defective tanks, converted to electrical signals by transmitting the sound waves to the sensor, magnified and displayed on the cathode ray tube and stored on disk. At present, acoustic emission has been widely used in testing from pipeline to catalytic cracking unit and railway tank car. This article begins with a review of the serious oil and oil leakage and oil tank collapse accidents that have taken place in the world in recent years and talks about the adverse consequences caused by the accident so as to attract people’s attention to the accident. At the same time, the principle, application and effect of acoustic emission detecting ground tank leakage are introduced. Open up the idea of applying this technology.
