本文就 Ti~*/C 比不同的冷轧钢板,采用缓慢和快速升温退火的工艺,研究了 Ti 对深冲性能的影响。所得主要结果如下:钢中的 C 和 N 几乎全部被 Ti 所稳定,并在热轧板的晶粒内部形成微细的Ti(C,N)。冷轧前存在的这些析出物在冷轧板退火时能有效地促进{111}和{112}再结晶织构的发展。试验结果表明,含 Ti 低碳钢(C%≤0.05,Ti~*/C>2.5)即使采用快速升温工艺,在800~850℃退火后值也能达到1.7。
In this paper, Ti ~ * / C ratio of different cold-rolled steel, slow and rapid temperature annealing process, the impact of Ti on the deep-drawing properties. The main results obtained are as follows: almost all of C and N in steel are stabilized by Ti, and fine Ti (C, N) is formed inside the crystal grains of the hot-rolled sheet. These precipitates present before cold rolling effectively promote the development of {111} and {112} recrystallized textures during cold sheet annealing. The experimental results show that even after the rapid heating process of Ti-containing mild steel (C% ≤0.05, Ti ~ * / C> 2.5), the Si value can reach 1.7 after annealing at 800 ~ 850 ℃.
