晚清小说名家吴趼人创作的《恨海》等写情作品,从情感的角度重新叙述和宣扬中国的传统道德,使他的这类作品成为表彰民族固有特性、恢复“中国性”的“象征主义”作品。在创作中,他以身作则,不断通过议论为其他作家示范如何写情,努力修复被才子佳人及狭邪小说所破坏的传统道德世界的作法,表明他同样重视“写作”这一行为本身的象征性,从而构成文学史上不可多见的一幕。
In the late Qing Dynasty, Wu Haoren, a writer of novels, wrote “hate the sea” and other writing works, re-narrating and promoting China’s traditional morality from an emotional point of view, making such works of his works an honor to recognize the inherent characteristics of the nation and restore Symbolism works.
