为了获取某型航空螺旋桨空测载荷,需建立该型螺旋桨载荷大小与测试系统应变桥路输出电压之间的线性关系,特对螺旋桨进行了载荷地面校准试验。分别利用单向加载和多角度复合加载方式,通过在桨叶上施加不同载荷大小的垂直拉力对测试系统输出电压进行采集,得到桨叶载荷大小与测试系统应变桥路输出电压之间的关系,即螺旋桨载荷校准方程。通过数据处理及线性拟合,利用多角度复合加载对单向加载进行修正,建立了更加准确的螺旋桨载荷校准方程,为螺旋桨载荷空测提供依据。
In order to obtain the airborne payload of a certain type of propeller, a linear relationship between the type of propeller load and the output voltage of the strain gauge bridge in the test system needs to be established. Specially, a ground calibration test on the propeller is carried out.
