通过全程参与全国党校系统教师教学技能与教学艺术暨科研素能提升师资班(第7期)的学习,本文归结出:当前的干部教育培训要以学员为导向。具体来说,设计和实施干部教育培训要针对存在的问题,更新培训理念,根据需求设置培训内容,选择多样化的教学方式方法,着力提高教师的教学技能,提高教研咨一体化水平。 Through the whole process of participating in the study of teachers ’teaching skills, teaching art and scientific upgrading of teachers’ schools in the National Party School, this paper concludes that the current education and training of cadres should be student-oriented.
