我矿技术攻关组同志在北京矿冶研究院的帮助下,1976年试验成功了深孔一次爆破成井新工艺。在此基础上,又自力更生,修旧利废,利用一台闲置多年的露天台车,改造了车架,新作了支臂、滑架,装上了YQ-100A潜孔钻,制成一台履带式天井一次成井凿岩台车,使我矿从工艺到设备,初步解决了无底柱分段崩落法一次成井的切割难关。经过生产使用证明,该台车操作灵活、易于调整,对孔迅速准确,能保证垂直平行孔质量,可以满足切割天井的工艺要求。该凿岩台车由底盘行走机构、工作支臂摆动机构、凿岩、导向滑架机构组成。行走部分是
