目的:观察肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊对大鼠肾间质纤维化及转化生长因子-β1的表达情况的影响。方法:采用单侧输尿管结扎的方法制造大鼠肾间质纤维化模型。90只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(对照组)、模型组、肾复康Ⅱ号2.25g/kg组、4.5g/kg组、9g/kg组,肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊各组分别以以上剂量水溶剂灌胃,假手术组及模型组每天同时间以等体积的蒸馏水灌胃。给药7、14、21天后分别将造模大鼠的肾脏进行HE、Masson染色,观察肾间质纤维化的面积的变化;通过免疫组化的方法检测肾间质中转化生长因子-β1的表达情况。结果:模型组和肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊各组均出现肾间质纤维化病理改变,各剂量组(有效剂量2.25g/kg~9g/kg)病变程度与模型组相比较轻,具有显著性差异。肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊各组之间无显著性差异。TGF-β1表达在模型组和肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊组明显强于假手术组,肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊各组(有效剂量2.25g/kg~9g/kg)TGF-β1表达较模型组明显减少。结论:肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊可以有效抑制肾间质纤维化及转化生长因子-β1的表达,这可能是益肾散结法抗肾间质纤维化的部分途径。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shenfukang Ⅱ capsules on renal interstitial fibrosis and the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 in rats. Conclusion: Shenfukang Ⅱ Capsule can effectively inhibit the expression of renal interstitial fibrosis and transforming growth factor-β1, which may be part of the renal interstitial fibrosis Yishen Sanjie method.
